§ 11-67-2

Whenever, in a specified municipality not less than 5% of the electors voting at the last preceding general municipal election petition the municipal clerk for the submission to a referendum vote the proposition of establishing and maintaining a municipal coliseum, the municipal clerk shall certify the proposition for submission at an election in accordance with the general election law.
