§ 75 — Prohibited local action
Illinois·Topic TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 630 GENERAL TRANSPORTATION·Act 630 ILCS 5/ Public-Private Partnerships for Transportation Act.
A unit of local government may not take any action that would have the effect of impairing a public-private agreement under this Act, provided that this Section 75 shall not diminish any existing police power or other power provided by law to a unit of local government.
