(Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2032) Sec. 56. Utilization requirements.

(a)Design-builder and Construction Manager/General Contractor projects shall comply with Section 2-105 of the Illinois Human Rights Act and all applicable laws and rules that establish standards and procedures for the utilization of minority, disadvantaged, and women-owned businesses, including, but not limited to, the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Act. Any Transportation Agency that administers a construction program, for which federal law or regulations establish standards and procedures for the utilization of minority-owned and women-owned businesses and disadvantaged businesses shall implement a disadvantaged business enterprise program to include minority-o
