Text

Development and operations standards for transportation projects.

(a)The plans and specifications, if any, for each project developed under this Act must comply with:
(1)the responsible public entity's standards for other projects of a similar nature or as otherwise provided in the public-private agreement;
(2)the Professional Engineering Practice Act of 1989, the Structural Engineering Practice Act of 1989, the Illinois Architecture Practice Act of 1989, the requirements of Section 30-22 of the Illinois Procurement Code as they apply to responsible bidders, and the Illinois Professional Land Surveyor Act of 1989; and (3) any other applicable State or federal standards.
(b)Each highway project constructed or operated under this Act is considered to be part of:
