Illinois·Topic TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 625 VEHICLES·Act 625 ILCS 5/ Illinois Vehicle Code.·Art. Chapter 6 - The Illinois Driver Licensing Law
Rules and regulations; review under Administrative Review Law. The Secretary, in cooperation with the Board, shall administer and enforce this Act and shall have the power to make and institute reasonable rules and regulations as necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
