§ 6-901 — Definitions

For the purposes of this Article: "Board" means the Driver's License Medical Advisory Board. "Medical examiner" or "medical practitioner" means:
(i)any person licensed to practice medicine in all its branches in the State of Illinois or any other state;
(ii)a licensed physician assistant; or (iii) a licensed advanced practice registered nurse.
