(a)Any person driving a commercial motor vehicle who is requested by a police officer, pursuant to Section 6-516, to submit to a chemical test or tests to determine the alcohol concentration or any amount of a drug, substance, or compound resulting from the unlawful use or consumption of cannabis listed in the Cannabis Control Act, a controlled substance listed in the Illinois Controlled Substances Act, an intoxicating compound listed in the Use of Intoxicating Compounds Act, or methamphetamine as listed in the Methamphetamine Control and Community Protection Act in such person's system, must be warned by the police officer requesting the test or tests that a refusal to submit to the test or tests will result in that person being immediately placed out-of-service for a period of 24 hours
