Text
Vehicles of second division carrying persons or property - Required documents. The Secretary of State shall require an appropriate document, including but not limited to a bill of lading, trip manifest or dispatch record, to be carried, on all vehicles of the second division, carrying persons or property setting forth therein:
(a)the point of origin and destination of the vehicle and its cargo or the persons being carried;
(b)whether the movement is for-hire or not-for-hire; and (c) whether the movement is intrastate or interstate as defined by this Act. The Secretary of State shall promulgate and publish reasonable rules and regulations for the administration and enforcement of this requirement.
