Text
The Commission may exercise, with respect to rate regulation of motor carriers of passengers, any and all power which it may exercise with respect to rate regulation of motor carriers of property. Motor carriers of passengers shall be in all respects subject to provisions of this Chapter governing ratemaking for motor carriers of property, except as provided in 49 U.S. Code 11501(e).
