§ 18c-4801 — Rights, Obligations, and Liabilities

The provisions of Sections 7-101, 7-102, 7-103, 7-104, 7-105, 7-301, 7-302, 7-303, 7-304, 7-305, 7-306, 7-307, 7-308, 7-309, 7-401, 7-402, 7-403, 7-404, 7-501, 7-502, 7-503, 7-504, 7-505, 7-506, 7-507, 7-508, 7-509, 7-601, 7-602, 7-603 of the "Uniform Commercial Code", as amended, are adopted by reference to the extent that they relate to bills of lading and the intrastate transportation of property by a motor common carrier.
