§ 18c-4405 — Intrastate public carrier rate filings

Public carriers that voluntarily file rates under an agreement approved by the Commission under Section 18c-4502 of this Chapter are subject to all provisions of Sub-chapter 3, Article II, and Section 18c-4501 of this Chapter 18c.
