§ 18c-4402 — Registration Standards
Illinois·Topic TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 625 VEHICLES·Act 625 ILCS 5/ Illinois Vehicle Code.·Art. Chapter 18c - Illinois Commercial Transportation Law
The Commission shall not issue a registration until after the carrier has:
(1)Properly filed an application for registration; and (2) Complied with Commission regulations and orders regarding:
(a)Application, franchise, franchise renewal, and other fees and levies; and (b) Proof of insurance.
