§ 18c-3213 — Application of Rate Regulations to Exempt Traffic

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Chapter to the contrary, the provisions of this Article shall not apply to traffic which is altogether exempt from Commission jurisdiction under this Chapter or a valid, preemptive federal statute.
