§ 18c-2401 — Venue and Jurisdiction in Actions for Judicial Review

(1)Venue. Actions for judicial review under this Chapter may be filed in the circuit courts of Sangamon or Cook Counties.
(2)Jurisdiction. Jurisdiction in actions for judicial review under this Chapter shall be vested in the circuit courts of Sangamon and Cook Counties.
