Text
The Commission may initiate either administrative or judicial proceedings, or both, to enforce provisions of this Chapter, and Commission regulations and orders. In addition, any interested person may apply to a circuit court, which has jurisdiction and venue as set out in this Chapter, for injunctive relief to enforce provisions of Sub-Chapter 4 of this Chapter, and Commission regulations and orders issued pursuant to Sub-Chapter 4.
