Text
Employee Board orders shall be served, in writing, on all parties to the proceeding in which the order is entered. Such orders shall contain, in addition to the decision of the Board, a statement of findings, conclusions, or other reasons therefor. Employee Board decisions and orders shall have the same force and effect, and may be made, issued, and evidenced in the same manner, as if the decision had been made and the order issued by the Commission itself. The filing of a timely motion for reconsideration shall, unless otherwise provided by the Commission, stay the effect of an Employee Board order pending reconsideration.
