§ 12

The Department of Natural Resources shall procure and collect all obtainable data with reference to deep waterways within the State, and from time to time disseminate information with reference thereto, and take such action as will permit and encourage every available use of the public bodies of water of the State, for navigation and carrying trade, both of commerce and passenger.
