Text
(a)The board of directors shall set aside a portion of each meeting of the board that is open to the public pursuant to the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, except as otherwise provided in this Section, during which members of the public who are present at the meeting may comment on any subject.
(b)An agenda for each meeting of the board shall be posted on the Authority's public website and at the headquarters building of the Authority at least 2 business days in advance of the holding of the meeting. Any agenda required under this Section shall set forth the general subject matter of any issue that will be the subject of final action at the meeting and shall include specific details concerning contracts for projects entered into under this Act involving amounts over $100,000 that ma
