§ 6-522

Sections 6-515 through 6-521 of this Code shall apply to any road district other than a county unit road district, regardless of the law under which it is organized and operating, and shall constitute complete authority for issuing refunding bonds as herein provided without reference to other laws and shall be construed as conferring powers in addition to, but not as limiting powers granted under, other laws.
