Text
After it has been finally determined that a township or district road shall be laid out, widened, altered or vacated, either by the highway commissioner, or upon appeal, by the county superintendent of highways, all proceedings subsequent thereto on behalf of the district shall be taken by the highway commissioner thereof as provided in this division of this Code. And such highway commissioner in such cases is hereby authorized to resort to all necessary proceedings not inconsistent with the provisions of this Code to secure the laying out, widening, alteration or vacation of any such road.
