§ 30-190 — Rules; fines
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 60 TOWNSHIPS·Act 60 ILCS 1/ Township Code.·Art. Article 30 - Annual Township Meeting
The electors may make all by-laws, rules, and regulations deemed necessary to carry into effect the powers granted in this Article 30 and may impose fines deemed proper, except when a fine or penalty is already allowed by law. No offense shall be classified in excess of a petty offense.
