§ 75 — Partial invalidity

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 55 COUNTIES·Act 55 ILCS 90/ County Economic Development Project Area Tax Increment Allocation Act of 1991.
If any Section, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, or clause of this Act is, for any reason, held to be invalid or unconstitutional, that decision shall not affect any remaining portion, Section or part of this Act that can be given effect without the invalid provision.
