§ 6-29002 — Counties of less than 1,000,000; creation of fund
In each county of this State having a population of less than 1,000,000 inhabitants a working cash fund may be created, set apart, maintained and administered, in the manner prescribed in this Division, to enable the county to have in its treasury at all times sufficient money to meet demands for ordinary and necessary expenditures for general corporate purposes.
