§ 6-21005 — County fair fund
The proceeds of the tax herein authorized shall be paid into the county treasury in a fund to be known as the county fair fund. Such fund may be used by the county board for the maintenance and repair of the property and buildings of a county fair selected by such county board as the county fair of such county, in the acquisition of property for such county fair and for the retirement of the indebtedness of such county fair. Such fund shall be expended in the same manner and subject to the same requirements as other county expenditures.
