§ 3-6037 — Salary of Supervisor of Safety

The county board may allow the Supervisor of Safety an annual salary in an amount determined by the board. The salary determined under this Section shall be without regard to and separate from the salary that may be fixed by the county board for the Sheriff, and it shall be payable out of the County Treasury.
