§ 3-14045 — Vacancy upon conviction; disqualification

If any person shall be convicted under the next preceding Section, any public office or place of public employment, which such person may hold shall, by force of such conviction, be rendered vacant, and such person shall be incapable of holding any office or place of public employment for the period of five years from the date of such conviction.
