§ 3-14041 — Certification of appointments and vacancies

The commission shall certify to the county clerk or other auditing officers, all appointments to offices and places in the classified civil service, and all vacancies occurring therein, whether by dismissal, resignation or death, and all findings made or approved by the commission under the provisions of Section 3-14023, that a person shall be discharged from the classified service.
