Text

(a)No unlawful discrimination as that term is defined in the Illinois Human Rights Act, shall be exercised in any manner by any county official, appointing authority or employee.
(b)The Illinois Human Rights Act applies to the employment practices of county officials, appointing authorities, and employees.
