§ 1-3004 — Canvass and return of votes

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 55 COUNTIES·Act 55 ILCS 5/ Counties Code.·Art. Division 1-3 - New Counties
The votes for the county officers of said new county shall be canvassed, and returns made, by the county clerk or county clerks of the county or counties from which such new county was formed, as provided by the general election law.
