Illinois·Topic AGRICULTURE AND CONSERVATION·Ch. 525 CONSERVATION·Act 525 ILCS 30/ Illinois Natural Areas Preservation Act.
Conservation Police Officers, other employees designated by the Director, sheriffs and other police officers shall enforce this Act and the rules promulgated thereunder and are empowered to arrest any person detected in violation thereof.
