Illinois·Topic AGRICULTURE AND CONSERVATION·Ch. 525 CONSERVATION·Act 525 ILCS 30/ Illinois Natural Areas Preservation Act.
The dedication or registration of an area or any other action taken under this Act shall not void or replace any protective status under law which an area would have were it not a dedicated or registered area, the protective provisions of this Act being supplemental thereto.
