Commercial fishermen, musselors, and commercial roe harvesters shall keep an accurate record of their catch. This record, showing the species and number of pounds of fish, mussels, or roe taken, type of commercial devices used, and location from which taken, shall be open for inspection by the employees of the Department at all times. This information shall be submitted to the Department on forms furnished for that purpose by the Department and at intervals prescribed by the Department. Failure to submit reports, as required, shall be grounds for license suspension or revocation.
