Illinois·Topic AGRICULTURE AND CONSERVATION·Ch. 510 ANIMALS·Act 510 ILCS 95/ Illinois Swine Brucellosis Eradication Act.
Nothing in this Act shall be construed as preventing the movement of swine into stockyards registered under the Packers and Stockyards Act, a State-Federal approved slaughtering establishment or a marketing center.
