Text

The judicial branch and clerks of the circuit court are not subject to the provisions of this Act, except that the Supreme Court shall, under its rulemaking authority or by administrative order, adopt requirements applicable to the judicial branch, including clerks of the circuit court, regulating the disclosure of social security numbers consistent with the intent of this Act and the unique circumstances relevant in the judicial process.
