The following Acts are repealed on January 1, 2030: The Auction License Act. The Genetic Counselor Licensing Act. The Illinois Architecture Practice Act of 1989. The Illinois Certified Shorthand Reporters Act of 1984. The Illinois Professional Land Surveyor Act of 1989. The Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics Practice Act. The Perfusionist Practice Act. The Professional Engineering Practice Act of 1989. The Real Estate License Act of 2000. The Structural Engineering Practice Act of 1989.
