Except where the context indicates otherwise, in any rule, contract, or other document a reference to a permanently disabled person or a similar reference shall be considered a reference to a person with a permanent disability; and a reference to a totally disabled person or a similar reference shall be considered a reference to a person with a total disability; and a reference to a permanently and totally disabled person or a similar reference shall be considered a reference to a person with a permanent and total disability; and a reference to a totally and permanently disabled person or a similar reference shall be considered a reference to a person with a total and permanent disability; and a reference to a permanently totally disabled person or a similar reference shall be considered a
