Text

Any person, company or organization violating any provision of this Article shall be guilty of a petty offense for each such violation, provided that a series of acts or events based upon the same alleged violation shall be treated and considered as a single violation. The Director may suspend the license of any rating organization or company which fails to comply with an order of the Director within the time limited by such order, or any extension thereof which the Director may grant. The Director shall not suspend the license of any rating organization or company for failure to comply with an order until the time prescribed for filing a petition for review thereof as provided in Section 471 has expired or if such petition for review has been filed until such order has been affirmed.
