Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 45 INTERSTATE COMPACTS·Act 45 ILCS 155/ Midwestern Higher Education Compact Act.
The Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability, in order to ensure the purposes of this Act as determined by Section 1, shall in January of 1993 and each January thereafter report to the Governor and General Assembly. This report shall contain a program evaluation and recommendations as to the advisability of the continued participation of Illinois in the Midwestern Higher Education Compact.
