§ 24 — Data control
Illinois·Topic HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 430 PUBLIC SAFETY·Act 430 ILCS 132/ Illinois Premise Alert Program (PAP) Act.
Any person designated by a public safety agency to control data entered into the PAP database shall develop policies and procedures for the control of such data.
