§ 9b — Administrative review
When an order to remove or remedy a dangerous condition or fire hazard has been modified or sustained by the State Fire Marshal, the owner, occupant, or other person interested in the premises against whom the order has been entered may seek review in the circuit court of the county in which the property affected by the order is located, pursuant to the Administrative Review Law, as amended.
