Text
The Illinois voting and nonvoting Commissioners of the Central Midwest Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Commission shall be appointed by the Governor and subject to confirmation by the Senate. Each Commissioner shall hold office for a term of 2 years, expiring the third Monday in January of each odd-numbered year, and until his successor is appointed and qualified.
