(was 415 ILCS 5/3.88) Sec. 3.275. Lateral expansion. "Lateral expansion" means a horizontal expansion of the actual waste boundaries of an existing MSWLF unit occurring on or after October 9, 1993. For purposes of this Section, a horizontal expansion is any area where solid waste is placed for the first time directly upon the bottom liner of the unit, excluding side slopes, on or after October 9, 1993.
