Text
On and after January 1, 1991, newsprint used in this State by consumers of newsprint shall have an annual average recycled fiber usage consistent with the goals established in this Section. The goals shall increase each year as follows:
(1)22% beginning January 1, 1991.
(2)25% beginning January 1, 1992.
(3)28% beginning January 1, 1993.
