All final administrative decisions of the Departments of Public Health, Department of Agriculture, and Department of Financial and Professional Regulation are subject to direct judicial review under the provisions of the Administrative Review Law and the rules adopted under that Law. The term "administrative decision" is defined as in Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
