§ 85 — Rulemaking authority
Illinois·Topic HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 405 MENTAL HEALTH, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES·Act 405 ILCS 125/ Housing is Recovery Pilot Program Act.
Any administrative rules necessary to implement this Act shall be filed within 12 months following the effective date of this Act.
