The Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health shall put together written materials on the Housing is Recovery program and eligibility criteria for purposes of educating participating providers, county jails, the Department of Corrections, hospitals and other relevant stakeholders on the program. The Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health, shall engage in an ongoing education effort to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the program and how to screen for eligibility and referral.
