The Department, as successor to any agreements between the Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities and the Department of Rehabilitation Services for the provision of training, employment placement, and employment referral services for the adults with mental disabilities served under this Article, shall carry out the responsibilities, if any, incurred by its predecessor agencies under those agreements.
