§ 1-15 — Use of funds
Illinois·Topic HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 405 MENTAL HEALTH, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES·Act 405 ILCS 145/ Ensuring a More Qualified, Competent, and Diverse Community Behavioral Health Workforce Act.
An eligible entity receiving a grant or contract under this Act shall use funds received through the grant or contract to establish new, or enhance existing, training, and supervision of interns and behavioral health providers-in-training pursuing licensure as a licensed clinical social worker, licensed clinical professional counselor, and licensed marriage and family therapist.
