§ 8-235 — Basis of actual compensation

"Actual Compensation" of any employee whose actual compensation (as defined herein) is arranged upon other than a yearly basis shall be determined by the following schedule: Monthly basis:--12 times the amount of actual compensation per month. Weekly basis:--52 times the amount of actual compensation per week. Daily basis:--300 times the amount of actual compensation per day. Hourly basis:--2400 times the amount of actual compensation per hour.
