Text
The amount of child annuities shall be: 1. The aggregate of all child annuities in an amount equal to the surviving spouse annuity which the spouse of the employee was receiving, or eligible to receive, immediately prior to death, or which the spouse of the annuitant would have received if surviving; 2. The child annuity payable at any time to each eligible child shall be an amount determined by dividing the aggregate amount of all child annuities by the number of children then eligible to receive child annuities.
